·The HT1000TBT Semi-Dry Transfer System enables rapid transfer of proteins from gels to membranes.
·The system features a built-in high-current power supply and a dual transfer tray design, allowing independent operation of two transfer programs.
·A single run can transfer 1-4 small gels or 1-2 medium-sized gels.
·Spring-loaded plate electrodes and a locking mechanism ensure uniform pressure and electric field distribution. A 7-inch touchscreen LCD display and touch-sensitive buttons facilitate easy setup and operation.
·The system can store 25 transfer programs for quick access, and manual input of transfer parameters is also supported. It can be set to constant voltage with current limit or constant current with voltage limit.
·Equipped with high-efficiency rapid transfer buffer and high-performance filter paper, transfer can be completed in 3-7 minutes.
·It is also compatible with traditional semi-dry consumables for 30-minute semi-dry transfers.
